I am going on a year living here. I own mine. I havnt had any problems with management. Phil the manager has always been quick to reply to my emails with any answers i need. My kids love having parks close by. Not to mention the nature center. If u follow the rules an keep ur home kept up. Well u wont have a problem. Yes water has been shut off on an off threw summer. Water main breaks happen. But its never for really long. I do believe we need a community page so we all can stay updated on stuff like that. But over all a nice quiet park to raise my 2 kidos.
